WHAT IS A HOT STONE MASSAGE?

Stone therapy is an ancient healing art which dates back thousands of years but has only recently been rediscovered, to our delight!

Stone massage blends the ancient art of stone massage with modern massage techniques to provide a unique massage experience. It provides a deeply relaxing massage treatment which provides a deeper massage than Swedish but with the smoothness and gentleness of a Swedish massage. Yet still targeting key areas of tension without the pain of deep tissue!

The stones can be used as placement stones on the body and also used to massage the client. The stones are used as an extension of my hands to work deeply into muscle tension.
