When you phone or email, we will have a brief chat so I can get to know what kind of treatment you are after and how I can help you best.

I will go through a brief consultation to ensure the treatment is right for you and to ensure there is nothing that may prevent the massage treatment from going ahead. If your doctor’s permission is needed, then this gives you an opportunity to get their opinion before going ahead with the treatment.

We can then discuss what time and date are best for you and fit you in for an appointment.

I will contact you the day before your massage treatment just as a little reminder and to ensure that you are happy for the treatment to go ahead.
